We are trained and certified doulas that focuses on supporting birthing persons of color. We offer Childbirth doula and postpartum services.
Before Birth
Building trust through personalized meetings to discuss your hopes, fears and preferences
Free 30 minute interview online
One Prenatal Visit - Takes place at your home.
Birth plan Assistance
On call two weeks before birth and two after your estimated due date.
On Call back up arrangements with another doula to ensure services
During Birth
Meet you at your home or our chosen Birth Place.
Continuous labor support up to two hours after birth.
Assistance with different birthing techniques

Suggest pain management techniques
Emotional encouragement
Advocacy and Communication (centering your voice )
Postpartum Services
Offer guidance to newborn care and lactation
On call one week after birth for support and adjustment to newborn life
1 in person postpartum visit
Referrals and Information about after birth healthcare
1 -2 herbal steamed bath or sitz bath (recommended to wait three days after birth)
All services can be fully customized to meet your needs and specific circumstances.
Pricing is available on a sliding scale with payment plans available. The “Green Bottle” scale is intended to be a map, inviting us to take inventory of our financial resources and privilege.
Sliding Scale: $1350 - $1550
*if not using MEDICAID
