My Philosophy

I believe birth is a sacred, intuitive process - and every parent deserves to feel respected, heard, and supported. My approach blends evidence-based practices, holistic comfort measures and trauma informed care with a deep trust in your body’s wisdom. Together we will create a birth plan that honors your unique needs, whether you are aiming for an unmedicated birth, navigating induction or preparing for the unexpected.

Why I Do This Work

My first pregnancy I was very adamant about having an unmedicated birth at my local birthing center. I went in uninformed and unprepared. After a long 24 hour birth it ended in a c-section. I struggled with adjusting to postpartum and felt robbed from a positive birthing experience. With my second pregnancy I looked for a Doula that I felt comfortable with and unfortunately did not match with anyone. I took birthing classes and informed myself as much as possible. After advocating for myself and being able to avoid a repeat c-section. I was able to have and experience a natural birth with my little girl.

I knew I was called to walk alongside families during this profound chapter. My greatest joy? Witnessing parents’ step into their strength and meet their baby with confidence.
